Job summary

Pullman Cairns International, part of the Accor portfolio, is seeking an accomplished Operations Manager to lead day-to-day execution across the hotel. You will influence guest experience, develop high-performing teams and drive commercial outcomes within a flagship luxury property in Tropical North Queensland.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership in luxury or premium hotel operations.
• Ability to influence across multiple departments and drive performance.
• Strong guest experience focus with commercial acumen.
• Experience with hotel systems; Opera Cloud is preferred.
