• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide strategic and operational leadership across both business units.
• Mentor and develop Project Managers, Supervisors, and operational staff to strengthen leadership capability.
• Drive efficiency in planning, resource utilisation, and delivery.
• Build and maintain strong relationships with clients including Main Roads WA, Tier One contractors, local government, and subcontractors.
• Ensure safe, timely, and high-quality project outcomes.
