Arthrex is seeking a Helpdesk Support Officer to provide high-level IT support for the APAC region. The role is based onsite in Frenchs Forest, NSW, Australia, with occasional travel to a warehouse and interstate travel.

You will handle Level 1/2 issues, assist with hardware, software, and system upgrades, and liaise with regional IT teams. The ideal candidate has strong customer service skills, solid Windows/Office experience, and the ability to communicate technical concepts clearly to staff.

Qualificações

• Minimum 4 years IT support experience.
• Degree or diploma in IT-related field preferred.
• Strong customer service background with technology focus.

Responsabilidades

• Provide Level 1 and Level 2 onsite and remote IT support.
• Install, configure, and troubleshoot hardware and software.
• Collaborate with IT teams and stakeholders across regions.
• Manage tickets, document procedures, and create reports.
• Support network and systems as requested by IT team.
