Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our senior practitioner team in Western Australia, based in Perth. This role blends clinical work with mentoring, contributing to the growth of the Occupational Therapy discipline and strengthening our national practice.

You’ll work across functional capacity assessments, home modifications, sensory profiling, complex disability, mental health, early intervention and forensic practice, in a supportive, trauma-informed

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience coaching or mentoring developing practitioners.
• Experience working in funding environments (NDIS, education, health or related sectors).
• Strong collaboration skills and ability to work across teams.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Provide assessment, intervention and consultation to people with diverse and complex needs.
• Support individuals, families, carers and support networks to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and coach developing practitioners.
• Contribute to discipline growth, clinical innovation and service development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic, person-centred outcomes.
