Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking an experienced Occupational Therapist to join our senior practitioner team in Western Australia, based in Perth. This role goes beyond traditional therapy, supporting mentorship, discipline growth and national practice development across diverse areas including community, education and forensic settings.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience mentoring clinicians.
• Ability to work across diverse practice areas.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services across community, clinic, school and telehealth.
• Provide assessment, intervention and consultation services to people with diverse and complex needs.
• Support individuals, families, carers and support teams to achieve meaningful outcomes.
• Mentor and coach developing practitioners.
• Contribute to discipline growth, clinical innovation and service development.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to support holistic and person-centred outcomes.
