Job summary

Down South Therapy in Western Australia is seeking an Occupational Therapist (Senior OT) to support school-based and community services. You will assess, diagnose, and treat a diverse caseload across children, families, and adults, developing individualized plans in collaboration with a multidisciplinary team.

The role emphasizes flexible location-based scheduling, weekly supervision, and opportunities for professional development within a supportive, growth-oriented environment.

• AHPRA Registration required
• Working With Children Check
• NDIS Worker Screening Check
• National Police Check
• Driver’s Licence

Responsibilities

• Work from our Vasse West office, schools and the community, supporting children, teenagers, and adults
• Provide 1:1 and group therapy, collaborating with teachers and families
• Develop and deliver individualised therapy plans in a transdisciplinary team
• Work within location-based schedules to limit travel and maximise client impact
• Work with community-based clients to expand clinical interests
• Take part in weekly supervision and mentoring to grow in your role
• Contribute to projects, team learning, and innovation in your area of interest
