Job summary

Pacific Health & Wellbeing invites a Senior Occupational Therapist to join as Team Leader in our multidisciplinary service delivery. You will mentor therapists, supervise clinical practice, and steer the team to deliver high-quality, cost-effective care in line with NDIS standards.

You will maintain client engagement, manage a flexible caseload, and support team development under the guidance of the Area Manager and Clinical Lead.

Qualifications

• You have proven experience as a Senior Occupational Therapist with leadership ability.
• Excellent communication and collaboration across multidisciplinary teams.
• Commitment to developing and mentoring clinicians and fostering teamwork.
• Experience delivering high-quality, client-centred services within NDIS standards.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and supervision to occupational therapists and speech pathologists.
• Conduct regular team check-ins and provide feedback to improve practice.
• Oversee clinical assessments and goal-oriented reporting to support client life transitions.
• Ensure best practice standards and contribute to clinical improvements and procedures.
• Monitor KPIs, billable hours, and stakeholder engagement; escalate issues as needed.
