Job summary

Carpentaria in Alice Springs is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to deliver person-centred therapy to NDIS participants across Central Australia. You’ll base in Alice Springs with regular travel to remote communities, working across the lifespan in home, school, clinic and community settings.

The role supports a multi-disciplinary team with a strong community focus. The ideal candidate has at least 3 years of OT experience, is based in or willing to relocate to Alice Springs, and

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years of experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Based in Alice Springs or willing to relocate.
• Willing to travel regularly to remote communities.
• NDIS knowledge preferred.
• Experience with Aboriginal and Torres Strait Islander peoples preferred.

Responsibilities

• Deliver person-centred therapy to NDIS participants in Central Australia.
• Work across the lifespan, including children, adolescents and adults.
• Travel regularly to remote communities such as Kintore and Papunya.
