Job summary

SAL Consulting is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist to join our Perth-based team in Western Australia. This role combines direct clinical work with mentoring and discipline development across multiple settings.

You will engage in functional capacity assessments, home modifications, sensory profiling, and complex cases including mental health, early intervention and forensic practice, while developing your areas of interest.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as an Occupational Therapist.
• Experience coaching, mentoring or supporting developing practitioners.
• Experience in funding environments (e.g., NDIS, education, child protection, health, justice).

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality Occupational Therapy services across community, clinic, school and telehealth settings.
• Provide assessment, intervention and consultation to people with diverse and complex needs.
• Mentor and support developing practitioners and contribute to discipline growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve holistic, person-centred outcomes.
