Job summary

SAL Consulting Pty Ltd is seeking a Senior Occupational Therapist in Sydney, NSW to join our senior practitioner team. The role combines clinical work with mentoring, supervision and developing disciplines within a national practice.

You’ll work across diverse settings including community, clinic and school, contributing to practice development and complex case management while supporting diverse client groups and families.

Qualifications

• Degree in Occupational Therapy or equivalent.
• Unconditional General Registration with AHPRA.
• Unrestricted Australian working rights.
• Current Australian Driver's Licence.
• Current Working with Children Check and NDIS Worker Screening, or the ability to obtain these prior to commencement.

Responsibilities

• Deliver high-quality occupational therapy services across community, clinic, school and telehealth.
• Provide assessment, intervention and consultation to diverse and complex clients.
• Mentor and coach developing practitioners and contribute to discipline growth.
• Collaborate with multidisciplinary teams to achieve holistic outcomes.
