Cabrini Health in Melbourne’s southeast is seeking an Associate Nurse Unit Manager (ANUM) for our busy General Medicine unit in Malvern. You will lead a multidisciplinary team, drive quality improvement, and ensure high standards of patient care while supporting daily department operations.

Applicants should have current AHPRA registration, 3+ years in acute medical or surgical care, and strong leadership and organisational skills; postgraduate nursing leadership qualification is desirable.

Formación

• Current AHPRA registration.
• Demonstrated management and leadership skills.
• At least 3 years Acute hospital Medical or Surgical experience is required.
• High-level organisational skills with great diligence.
• Critical thinking and forward planning.
• Quality Improvement / Auditing experience.
• Post Graduate Nursing Leadership and Management qualification is highly desirable or working towards the same.
