Job summary

Reef Catchments Limited seeks a Senior Project Officer to lead allocated natural resource management projects in the Great Barrier Reef Program. You will translate funding into work plans, coordinate staff, contractors and partners, and manage scope, budgets and reporting for measurable environmental outcomes.

Qualifications

A relevant tertiary qualification in environmental science or related discipline.
Minimum of 3 years’ experience delivering funded natural resource projects.
Ability to lead or coordinate staff, contractors and partners.
Current Australian driver's licence and regional travel capacity.

Responsibilities

Coordinate delivery of GBR and NRM projects from concept to completion.
Manage budgets, timelines, reporting and stakeholder relationships.
Lead staff, contractors and partners to achieve environmental outcomes.
Develop funding proposals, project plans and evidence reports.
