Job summary

A2B Australia, part of ComfortDelGro Australia, is seeking an experienced Senior Full Stack Node.js Developer to design, build and support platforms that connect customers with transport services. You will work on platform modernisation, cloud engineering and continuous improvement with Node.js, TypeScript, APIs, and Azure, contributing to CI/CD pipelines and secure-by-design practices.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience developing commercial software applications.
• Strong hands-on experience with Node.js and TypeScript.
• Experience delivering full stack solutions across APIs, back-end services and front-end integrations.
• Experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
• Strong understanding of software engineering principles and design patterns.
• Experience with testing frameworks, TDD/BDD and CI/CD practices.
• Experience working in Agile delivery environments.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and maintain scalable Node.js and TypeScript services and APIs.
• Deliver end-to-end solutions across back-end services, integrations, data and front-end experiences.
• Build and support cloud-native solutions on Microsoft Azure.
• Contribute to CI/CD pipelines, DevOps practices and engineering standards.
• Participate in architecture discussions and solution design activities.
• Ensure quality through code reviews, automated testing and best practice development approaches.
• Support business-critical services through monitoring, troubleshooting and incident resolution.
• Mentor engineers and contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team culture.
• Champion secure-by-design principles and quality engineering practices.
