Job summary

Codi Recruitment is hiring a full-time, in-office Senior Full-Stack Engineer in Sydney to help shape a profitable startup’s platform. You’ll work closely with the Engineering Lead, using TypeScript, Node.js and React, and explore agentic coding tools to improve software delivery.

The role focuses on solving business-critical problems with a strong product mindset, collaboration with operations, and contributing to scalable, reliable software that enables growth.

Qualifications

• Strong full-stack TypeScript experience across Node.js and React.
• Experience collaborating with stakeholders to translate business needs into software outcomes.
• Solid architecture and systems thinking, including API integrations and connected workflows.
• Experience with SQL databases, PostgreSQL preferred.
• Experience taking software from development through production with testing and reliability focus.
• Interest in AI-assisted engineering and coding agents.
