Green Light Australia is seeking a Senior NICE CXone Contact Centre Engineer to lead design and delivery of CXone solutions across enterprise environments. You will translate business requirements into scalable CXone designs and configure routing, IVR, call flows, ACD, digital channels, WFM, and reporting.

You will drive end-to-end migrations from legacy systems to NICE CXone, integrate CXone with CRM and APIs, and produce technical documentation and runbooks.

Qualifikationen

• Senior engineer with proven NICE CXone design/delivery experience.
• Experience across full project lifecycle from design to production.
• Strong knowledge of contact centre tech: routing, IVR, omnichannel.
• Experience integrating NICE CXone with CRM systems, APIs and apps.
• Ability to lead large-scale transformation and migration projects.
• Excellent stakeholder engagement and collaboration skills.
