Job summary

REA Group Ltd. in Sydney is seeking a dynamic Senior Sales Manager to lead the New Homes team, drive key client relationships and grow market share across portfolio and state.

You’ll work closely with leadership to align strategies, recruit and coach staff, and ensure consistency across national markets. You will partner with senior leaders to identify growth opportunities, manage sponsorships for key accounts, and promote REA products.

Qualifications

• Proven leadership of large teams in a corporate sales environment.
• Experience in strategic planning, market analysis and implementing systems.

Responsibilities

• Lead a team of Account Partners, Senior Account Partners & Account Directors focused on New Homes customers.
• Grow and maintain key customer relationships in Portfolio and State.
• Collaborate with Leadership to ensure consistency across markets and share best practice.
• Identify growth opportunities with multiple business areas and drive revenue targets.
• Coach and supervise direct reports to develop skills and performance.
• Represent New Homes in cross-functional groups and strategic initiatives.
