Qualifications

Experience across 5G RAN autonomy including PCI, ANR, mobility, coverage and capacity optimisation.
O-RAN service management and orchestration knowledge.
Telecom OSS integration with ENM, SHM and OSS-RC.
KPI analytics and network performance optimisation experience.
Autonomous network and AIOps concepts.
Cloud-native software engineering skills (Kubernetes, Docker, Helm).
Proficiency in Python/Java and scripting.
DevOps and CI/CD practices.

Responsibilities

Design, build, integrate and maintain complex network technologies, platforms and systems.
Translate requirements into scalable network products, services and infrastructure solutions.
Drive automation across 5G RAN including PCI, ANR, mobility, coverage and capacity optimisation.
Support wireless engineering apps via modern DevOps and cloud-native practices.
Onboard, deploy and manage rApps with O-RAN service management and orchestration.
