Job summary

Southern NSW Local Health District is seeking a Network Services Specialist to support the enterprise-grade network infrastructure, predominantly Cisco hardware, across LAN, WAN, Wi‑Fi, telephony, firewall and related services. The role is based at a single site with some travel to NSLHD/CCLHD sites and will provide escalation support and technical expertise.

Qualifications

• Experience with Cisco enterprise networks and Cisco hardware.
• Ability to design, manage and troubleshoot network services.
• Strong problem-solving and escalation skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide technical expertise and act as second escalation point.
• Develop, support and maintain DHS network services for LHDs.
• Occasional travel to sites within NSLHD/CCLHD; primary site assigned at appointment.
