Job summary

Eolas Group is seeking an experienced Network Security Consultant to deliver Palo Alto-based PS engagements for government and enterprise clients in Adelaide, Australia. You will work on-site full-time, collaborating with stakeholders from technologists to executive levels to design, build, and deploy secure solutions.

Applicants should bring 5–10 years of network security consulting experience, vendor exposure, and strong knowledge of SD-WAN and Next Gen Firewalls.

Qualifications

• 5–10 years as a network security consultant with vendor experience.
• Deep knowledge of networking, routing & switching, SD-WAN.
• Certification such as PCNSE is highly regarded.
• Extensive experience with Next Gen Firewalls, especially Palo Alto.
• Proactive problem solving within strict best practices.
• NV2 Security Clearance.

Responsibilities

• Deliver PS engagements for Government and Enterprise clients.
• Engage with stakeholders from technologists to C level.
• Lead design, build and deploy phases with the project team.
• Maintain superb written and oral communications.

What the role involves:

• Delivery of Network Security PS engagements for Government and Enterprise clients
• Working with stakeholders at all levels, from the technologists to C level
• Working with the project team through all stages of the engagement, design, build and deploy

• A can-do attitude with the customers success the key objective

What we need from you:

• 5-10 years working as a network security consultant, preferably with vendor experience
• Excellent knowledge of networking, R&S, SD-WAN, and other enterprise level networking technologies
• Industry certifications, PCNSE is highly regarded
• Excellent working knowledge of Next Gen Firewalls, specifically Palo Alto
• You enjoy implementation work, are proactive about resolving potential concerns, and operate well around strict best practices
• The ability to deliver PS engagements
• The want to learn and stay ahead of the ever‑evolving technology stack
• NV2 Security Clearance
