Job summary

Compas PTY in Canberra is seeking a Senior Network Infrastructure Engineer to deliver secure, reliable and scalable enterprise network infrastructure in the ACT. The role covers network support, secure gateways, virtual services, infrastructure upgrades and technical delivery under two contract opportunities.

Successful candidates will hold NV1 clearance, have hands-on experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure, routing and gateway security, and be able to lead planning, deployment guides and

Qualifications

• Availability Management Level 5 capability.
• Capacity Management Level 4 capability.
• IT Infrastructure Level 4 capability.
• Problem Management Level 4 capability.
• Programming/Software Development Level 3 capability.
• Systems Design Level 5 capability.
• Cisco certifications and experience with Cisco, Palo Alto, Azure, routing, Wi-Fi and gateway security technologies desirable.

Responsibilities

• Install, configure, maintain and troubleshoot network hardware, software and infrastructure.
• Maintain and upgrade virtual service environments, servers and associated virtual services.
• Support secure gateways, network services and data centre infrastructure, including enhancement and remediation activities.
• Lead technical planning and delivery while producing specifications, deployment guides, operating procedures and as-built documentation.
