Qualifications

• Strong hands-on Fortinet solutions experience with FortiGate firewalls and security technologies.
• Extensive Cisco networking experience covering enterprise routing and switching.
• Proven experience supporting large-scale enterprise network environments.
• Solid understanding of TCP/IP, LAN/WAN, VPN, DNS, DHCP, and security fundamentals.
• Demonstrated experience with network troubleshooting and root cause analysis.
• Experience delivering network migration, upgrade, and implementation projects.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities independently.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
• Experience providing Level 3 technical support in enterprise environments.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and support enterprise network infrastructure solutions.
• Deliver network upgrade, migration, and transformation projects across multiple environments.
• Configure and maintain Fortinet firewall solutions and security platforms.
• Deploy and support Cisco routing and switching technologies.
• Troubleshoot complex network, connectivity, and security-related issues.
• Provide Level 3 technical support and escalation management.
• Perform network assessments, health checks, and performance optimization.
• Collaborate with project teams to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop and maintain technical documentation and operational procedures.
• Ensure adherence to security, compliance, and best-practice standards.
• Provide guidance to junior engineers.
