Qualifications

• Strong experience with enterprise network solutions design and maintenance.
• Ability to manage incidents and changes in line with ITIL best practices.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, and maintain enterprise network solutions.
• Act as an escalation point for network issues and ensure timely resolution.
• Drive continuous improvement and support project delivery.

Skills

Strong experience with Cisco routing and switching

Palo Alto firewall administration and management

F5 load balancing expertise

Knowledge of ITIL processes (incident/change management)

Excellent interpersonal, verbal, and written communication skills

Ability to explain technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders
