Job summary

Blackbook Executive is seeking a Senior Network Engineer to join a mature technology team across multiple locations in Australia. The role blends enterprise IT and OT, with hands-on work in switching, routing, firewalls, VPNs and cloud connectivity to deliver reliable, secure network services.

You will contribute to infrastructure projects, cybersecurity, and continuous improvement while engaging with internal teams and external partners.

Qualifications

• 4+ years of network engineering or infrastructure experience.
• Strong enterprise networking fundamentals across LAN/WAN, VPNs and security.
• Experience with multi-site environments and incident troubleshooting.
• Experience with Azure networking and cloud connectivity is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Design, implement, maintain and support enterprise network infrastructure across LAN, WAN, wireless, SD-WAN, firewalls and VPNs.
• Support network connectivity across multiple sites and operational environments.
• Monitor network performance, availability, capacity and security, resolving complex incidents.
• Deliver network infrastructure projects, technology upgrades and lifecycle activities.
• Maintain network standards, documentation and procedures.
• Support network security, disaster recovery and business continuity across IT/OT.
