Reserve Bank of Australia is seeking a Senior Network DevOps Engineer on a fixed-term contract through to October 2026. The role focuses on modernising on‑prem infrastructure, automating with Terraform, and improving network reliability across Cisco LAN/WAN and firewall environments.

The successful candidate will join the Network Services Transition team, contribute to secure, resilient infrastructure, and support security enhancements with cyber teams.

Formación

• Degree in IT or closely related field.
• Industry Cisco and ITIL certifications are preferred.
• Strong DevOps background with Terraform and automation.
• Experience with Cisco networking across LAN/WAN and firewalls.

Responsabilidades

• Provision, maintain, and harden network infrastructure.
• Join 2nd line IT incident and security response for network infra.
• Improve, test, and tune networking software/hardware for performance.
• Analyze network traffic data and recommend improvements.
• Perform acceptance tests and commissioning of communications systems.
• Occasional on-site work at Bella Vista while supporting disaster recovery.
