The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in network engineering and architecture, deep expertise in IP networking and MPLS, and a proven track record designing scalable, highly available networks supporting large-scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in network engineering and architecture
• Strong expertise in IP networking, routing protocols and MPLS
• Experience designing complex, high-availability network environments
• Exposure to optical transport, network interconnection or large-scale connectivity solutions
• Proven ability to develop network architecture standards and technical documentation
• Comfortable working with technology vendors and influencing technical decisions
• Able to balance hands-on technical expertise with broader architectural thinking

Responsibilities

• Own the architecture and design of large-scale network infrastructure.
• Establish technical standards, design principles and best practices.
• Review and approve complex network designs before implementation.
• Evaluate technology solutions, equipment vendors and external partners.
• Lead technical planning for major network changes and upgrades.
• Work closely with engineering and operations to ensure designs are scalable, resilient and operationally sound.
• Provide technical guidance and mentorship to experienced engineers.
