Excolo is partnering with a globally recognised business undergoing significant expansion to recruit a Senior Network Architect in Sydney. The role offers end-to-end ownership of network architecture, standards, and the evolution of a complex, high-performance environment.

The ideal candidate will bring 10+ years in network engineering and architecture, deep expertise in IP networking and MPLS, and a proven track record designing scalable, highly available networks supporting large-scale

Qualifications

• 10+ years' experience in network engineering and architecture
• Strong expertise in IP networking, routing protocols and MPLS
• Experience designing complex, high-availability network environments
• Exposure to optical transport, network interconnection or large-scale connectivity solutions
• Proven ability to develop network architecture standards and technical documentation
• Comfortable working with technology vendors and influencing technical decisions
• Able to balance hands-on technical expertise with broader architectural thinking
