Job summary

Seers Digital is seeking a senior/lead developer to design and build a modern digital platform for a Queensland Government initiative. You’ll contribute to a proof-of-concept customer-facing portal using .NET, React and Form.io, establishing the technical foundations for a broader platform.

Qualifications

• Strong commercial software development experience.
• Strong .NET / C# development capability.
• Experience developing modern front-end applications using React.
• Experience developing APIs and system integrations.
• Experience with Microsoft Azure.
• Understanding of modern application architecture and development practices.
• Experience with source control, CI/CD and Azure DevOps.
• Good understanding of application security and scalable development.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work effectively within a multidisciplinary delivery team.
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Responsibilities

• Design and develop customer-facing portal functionality using .NET and React.
• Build and configure digital forms and transactional functionality.
• Contribute to development using Form.io.
• Develop secure, scalable and maintainable application components.
• Build and support integrations with enterprise systems and APIs.
• Work with relevant Microsoft Azure services.
• Participate in solution design and technical discussions.
• Contribute to CI/CD and DevOps processes.
• Perform application testing, troubleshooting and defect resolution.
• Support application deployment and release activities.
• Ensure development aligns with architecture, security and coding standards.
• Produce technical documentation and knowledge transfer.
• Collaborate closely with technical leads, developers and project stakeholders.
• Contribute to continuous improvement across development practices.
