Job summary

Talenza in Sydney is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to design, develop, enhance and support internal business applications across the organisation. You’ll work with both modern and legacy systems, driving improvements in performance and maintainability while supporting ongoing platform evolution and ERP integrations.

This hands-on role requires strong experience with WinForms and SQL Server, plus legacy VB6/VB.NET exposure, reporting with Crystal Reports, and end-to-end delivery of data

Qualifications

• Proven .NET development experience with WinForms and/or Web apps.
• Strong SQL Server expertise including query optimization and stored procedures.
• Experience gathering requirements and delivering end-to-end software solutions.
• Exposure to ERP platforms and business-critical systems.
• Experience modernising legacy apps (VB6/VB.NET advantageous).
• Experience creating reports with Crystal Reports or similar.
• Data import/export and integrations with external systems.
• Troubleshooting, root cause analysis and production support.
• Commitment to code quality, documentation and continuous improvement.
