Job summary

The role offers hybrid work with 3 days onsite, permanent employment, and a salary up to $185K package including super. Start ASAP in a dynamic Agile environment with product owners and SMEs.

Qualifications

• Strong experience developing complex solutions using C#, .NET, .NET Core and ASP.NET.
• Experience creating automated tests with xUnit/NUnit/MSTest or similar.
• Strong SQL Server development including Azure SQL Database, performance tuning.
• Front-end experience with Angular 14+, HTML5, CSS3 and TypeScript.
• Experience with Azure PaaS/SaaS services and REST APIs/Microservices.
• Senior technical leadership and integration initiatives.

DWS is seeking a Senior .NET Developer to join a large-scale digital transformation program delivering a modern cloud-based platform that supports critical community services. You will work within Agile delivery teams building and enhancing enterprise-grade applications using Microsoft technologies, Azure services, and modern engineering practices.

Role Requirements

• Strong experience developing complex solutions using C#, .NET, .NET Core and ASP.NET.
• Strong experience creating automated tests using frameworks such as xUnit, NUnit, MSTest, VS Unit Test Framework or similar.
• Strong SQL Server development experience, including Azure SQL Database, performance analysis, tuning and troubleshooting.
• Strong front-end development experience using Angular 14+, HTML5, CSS3 and TypeScript.
• Strong experience with Azure PaaS and SaaS services, including Azure Functions, Service Bus, Blob Storage, Key Vault and Web APIs.
• Experience providing senior technical leadership and contributing to integration initiatives.
• Experience developing REST APIs, Azure Functions and Microservices.
• Experience designing and implementing DevOps frameworks and automated build and release pipelines.
• Experience using Azure DevOps and Visual Studio.
• Experience developing .NET solutions using SOLID design principles.
• Experience working within Scrum Agile delivery teams.
• Previous experience within government environments will be highly regarded.

The environment operates using Agile delivery practices with two-week sprints, Azure DevOps and collaborative engagement with product owners and subject matter experts. You will contribute across development, testing, deployment, knowledge transfer and continuous improvement activities.
