Job summary

The HR Ally is actively seeking a Senior Software Engineer / .NET Developer to design and develop cloud-native applications on the Microsoft stack with AWS. You will contribute to scalable solutions, secure architectures, and modern frontend integrations while embracing DevOps and AGILE practices.

Ideal candidates bring strong C#, .NET, Node.js, REST APIs, and experience across AWS services, with a willingness to mentor and lead within a fast-paced Sydney team.

Qualifications

• Proficient in .NET Framework and .NET Core with C# experience.
• Strong experience designing microservices and REST APIs.
• Solid Node.js and NestJS development background.
• Experience with messaging queues such as Kafka or IBM MQ.
• Deep SQL skills across MSSQL/Oracle/Aurora; NoSQL knowledge.
• AWS cloud experience including Lambda, S3, IAM, CloudWatch, Step Functions, Serverless.
• CI/CD and DevOps practices with GitHub, GitHub Actions, TeamCity or UrbanCode Deploy.
• Agile process familiarity; Jira and Confluence.
