Job summary

Central Coast Compassionate Care is seeking an experienced Service Manager to provide leadership across our NDIS operations, service delivery, workforce and compliance functions on the Central Coast, NSW. This senior role focuses on ensuring services are delivered safely, effectively and in line with participant needs, organisational requirements and the NDIS Practice Standards.

You will lead staff, support coordinators and maintain audit-ready documentation.

Qualifications

• Minimum 3 years’ management experience within an NDIS provider in service management, operations, compliance or a leadership role.
• Strong understanding of the NDIS Practice Standards and NDIS Code of Conduct.
• Experience leading staff within disability or community services.
• Knowledge of participant documentation, compliance, incidents, risk management and safeguarding.
• Qualifications in Community Services, Disability, Human Services, Business Management or related field are highly regarded.

Responsibilities

• Leading and overseeing day-to-day NDIS service delivery and rostering.
• Maintaining compliance with NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct.
• Supporting audit, registration and compliance readiness.
• Managing incidents, complaints, risks and continuous improvement.
• Building relationships with stakeholders and ensuring participant funding remains within approved levels.
