Job summary

Western Compassion Care is seeking an experienced Operations Director to lead day-to-day operations, ensure NDIS compliance, and drive service delivery improvements across the organisation in Victoria.

You will align staff, documentation, and systems with the NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct, prepare for audits, and support growth of services while maintaining high standards and safety for participants.

Qualifications

• Experience with NDIS Practice Standards and Code of Conduct
• Proven leadership in health or social care
• Ability to prep for audits and maintain robust documentation
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills

Responsibilities

• Maintain understanding of NDIS Practice Standards and regulatory requirements
• Ensure policies and operational practices are compliant and current
• Monitor compliance across service delivery and departments
• Identify compliance gaps and implement corrective actions
• Coordinate evidence required by NDIS auditors and implement actions
• Oversee service delivery operations and support managers
• Develop and maintain operational reporting and KPIs
• Lead continuous improvement initiatives across teams
• Support recruitment and workforce planning and onboarding processes
• Provide leadership to managers and staff and report to Directors
