Job summary

Support Network is seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee SIL services, lead quality and compliance, and drive continuous improvement across sites in Campbelltown and Penrith with occasional interstate travel.

This hands-on role requires 3+ years with an NDIS provider, strong regulatory knowledge, and experience with PRODA, incident management and NDIS audits. A driverrs license and willingness to travel are required.

Qualifications

• 3+ years' experience with an NDIS provider in operations, quality or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Hands-on experience with PRODA, incident management and NDIS audits.
• Experience with restrictive practices and mandatory reporting.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel interstate when required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily SIL operations, rosters, staffing and service delivery.

• Monitor WHS, safeguarding and incident reporting across locations.

Job description

We are seeking an experienced Operations & Compliance Manager to oversee day-to-day operations across our SIL services while leading quality, compliance, risk and continuous improvement.

This is a hands-on role, working 4 days on-site and 1 day hybrid, primarily across Campbelltown and Penrith, with occasional interstate travel to TAS, QLD and VIC.

Key Responsibilities

Operations & Leadership

• Oversee daily SIL operations, rosters, staffing and service delivery.
• Support Managers, Team Leaders and senior support staff.
• Conduct site visits and address operational issues.
• Ensure consistent, high-quality service delivery across locations.

Quality & Compliance

• Manage the organisation’s NDIS quality and compliance framework.
• Ensure compliance with NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and Commission requirements.
• Maintain NDIS registration, policies, procedures and quality systems.
• Conduct internal audits and prepare for NDIS audits and re-certification.
• Monitor regulatory changes and report compliance outcomes to management.
• Oversee incident, complaint and reportable incident processes.
• Manage restrictive practice reporting and compliance.
• Monitor WHS, risks and safeguarding across all locations.
• Support Managers and Team Leaders with incident and risk management.
• Lead quality improvement initiatives and corrective actions.
• Identify compliance gaps and implement practical solutions.
• Standardise processes and documentation across services.
• Support staff training and promote a culture of quality, safety and continuous improvement.

About You

You will have:

• Minimum 3 years' experience with an NDIS provider in operations, quality or compliance.
• Strong knowledge of NDIS Practice Standards, Code of Conduct and regulatory requirements.
• Hands‑on experience with PRODA, incident management and NDIS audits.
• Experience with restrictive practices and mandatory reporting.
• Strong leadership, communication and problem‑solving skills.
• Relevant tertiary qualification is desirable.
• Current NDIS Worker Screening Check or willingness to obtain.
• Current driver's licence and ability to travel between sites and interstate when required.
