Job summary

Eighty9 Limited is hiring a Senior NDIS Employment Coach in Perth to lead the delivery of NDIS-funded employment supports while mentoring a team of Employment Coaches. You will combine direct participant support with capability building to promote best-practice service delivery.

Reporting to the NDIS Area Manager, you will guide teams, develop individual plans, and foster strong stakeholder relationships to help participants overcome barriers to employment and achieve sustainable outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor degree preferred or substantial experience in employment services, disability services or a similar field.
• NDIS or disability employment services experience is required or highly beneficial.
• Demonstrated ability to deliver person-centred supports.
• Proven ability to build strong relationships with diverse stakeholders.

Responsibilities

• Provide advanced participant support while offering leadership, mentoring and guidance to Employment Coaches.
• Lead and support service delivery with a focus on capability development and best-practice.
• Build capacity within the team and promote continuous improvement in service delivery.
