Job summary

Ferrero Australia is seeking a Senior National Account Manager to lead strategic relationships within the Independent Grocery Channel. You will develop customer growth strategies, drive commercial performance, and deliver sustainable outcomes for Ferrero and its customers.

You will collaborate with Sales, Category, Marketing, Supply Chain, and Finance to create and implement customer plans that strengthen Ferrero's market position and support business objectives.

Qualifications

• University degree in Business, Commerce, Marketing.
• Experience managing independent grocery channels and large retailers.
• Strong commercial acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute customer strategies and Joint Business Plans aligned with Ferrero's objectives and customer priorities.
• Build partnerships with key customer stakeholders to drive sales growth and profitability.
• Lead day-to-day account management across pricing, promotions, ranging, and activation planning.
• Use commercial insights and performance data to identify growth opportunities and address business challenges.
• Manage trade investment to maximise ROI and achieve objectives.
• Prepare for and lead commercial negotiations, including pricing and promotions.
• Partner with cross-functional teams to ensure successful execution of customer plans.
• Own forecasting and planning activities for assigned customers to support business performance.
• Contribute to a collaborative, high-performing team environment and develop team capabilities.
