Booz Allen Hamilton is seeking a mid-senior MUMPS Developer to build end-to-end health IT solutions for a Veterans Affairs client. You will diagnose issues in VistA Scheduling and related VA systems, mentor teammates, and contribute to system improvements in an Agile setting.

You'll work to understand user needs, navigate dependencies across VistA components, and ensure robust, scalable responses. The role emphasizes security clearance readiness and collaborative problem solving.

Competenze

3+ years of experience with MUMPS software development.
3+ years of experience working with VA VistA.
3+ years of experience working with VA VistA Scheduling packages.
Experience with using VA FileMan.
Knowledge of upstream and downstream dependencies on VA VistA Scheduling packages and modernized Scheduling applications.
Knowledge of design or architectural patterns and architecture styles and APIs.
Ability to troubleshoot complex issues with an understanding of all dependencies.
Ability to understand front-end users' requirements and communicate with front-end users to replicate their issues.
Ability to obtain and maintain a Public Trust or Suitability/Fitness determination based on client requirements.
Associate's degree in computer science.
