Job summary

Adelaide Tyre & Automotive Group seeks an experienced Operations Manager to lead four Bridgestone Select stores across South Australia. This senior, hands-on role reports to the Managing Director and will spend time across Magill, Norwood, Port Adelaide and Murray Bridge.

You will drive profitability, KPIs and operational standards, coach Store Managers, manage workforce and supplier relationships, and ensure safety and customer service excellence across all locations.

Qualifications

• Proven multi-site management experience within automotive/tyre services.
• Strong leadership with ability to coach Store Managers.
• Solid understanding of P&L, budgets and profitability.
• Experience driving KPIs, labour productivity and stock control.
• Willingness to travel regularly between four SA locations.

Responsibilities

• Lead and support Store Managers across Magill, Norwood, Port Adelaide and Murray Bridge.
• Set clear expectations, priorities and performance standards.
• Hold Store Managers accountable for KPIs, budgets and outcomes.
• Conduct regular store visits, performance reviews and meetings.
• Identify operational issues and ensure corrective actions are taken.
• Drive consistency and accountability across the group.
