Job summary

Kings Mechanical is seeking a Senior Motor Mechanic/Technician for our Golden Grove workshop. This full-time role focuses on diagnosing, repairing, and maintaining vehicles to high standards, with a strong emphasis on safety and customer service.

Candidates should have 5+ years of experience, Cert III/IV in Motor Vehicle Technology, and solid auto-electrical knowledge. The role offers stability and career progression within a trusted family-run service centre.

Qualifications

• Minimum 5 years' experience as a qualified motor mechanic/technician.
• Cert III or IV in Motor Vehicle Technology.
• Good knowledge of vehicle diagnostics and repair procedures.
• Auto-electrical knowledge preferred.
• Australian work authorisation and valid visa.

Responsibilities

• Diagnose mechanical and electrical faults using diagnostic equipment.
• Perform routine maintenance including logbook servicing and timing belts.
• Repair and replace engines, transmissions, suspension and brake systems.
• Maintain detailed service records and documentation of work.
• Operate and maintain workshop tools and equipment safely.
• Collaborate with team for efficient workshop operations.
• Keep up to date with developments in vehicle technology.
