Job summary

Stellar Recruitment AU and NZ is partnering with Glencore's McArthur River Mine to recruit a Mobile Plant Maintenance Superintendent. You will lead a large mobile maintenance function, driving safety, reliability and continuous improvement in a challenging Northern Territory operation.

You will collaborate with site leadership, manage asset performance, and mentor a team of supervisors to deliver best-in-class maintenance outcomes while ensuring a safe, compliant and productive workplace.

Qualifications

• Proven mobile plant maintenance leadership experience.
• Experience leading large maintenance teams and safety performance.
• Strong strategic and operational acumen in mining.
