Job summary

Stellar Recruitment, on behalf of Glencore's McArthur River Mine, is seeking experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisors to join the maintenance leadership team. You will oversee tradespeople and fleet maintenance for mobile mining equipment on a 2/2 FIFO roster, driving safe, reliable performance.

This hands-on role requires strong knowledge of Epiroc D65s, DML/Pit Viper drills and CAT digging equipment, and a track record of leading crews in a high-performance environment.

Qualifications

• Experience leading mobile maintenance teams on heavy equipment.
• Proven ability to optimise fleet reliability and uptime.
• Strong knowledge of large-scale drill and dig unit fleets.

Responsibilities

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with Glencore's McArthur River Mine to appoint experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisors to its maintenance leadership team.
