Qualifications

• Experience supervising mobile maintenance on heavy mining equipment.
• Strong leadership and people-management skills.
• Ability to optimize safety and fleet reliability in a FIFO environment.

Responsibilities

• Lead maintenance teams to maximize equipment availability on site.
• Ensure safe, compliant operation and performance of CAT, Epiroc and D65 equipment.
• Coordinate with on-site and camp staff; manage 2/2 FIFO roster.

Stellar Recruitment is partnering with Glencore's McArthur River Mine to appoint experienced Mobile Maintenance Supervisors to its maintenance leadership team.

We are particularly interested in supervisors with strong experience across Epiroc D65's, DML/Pit Viper drills and CAT digging equipment.

This isn't a role for someone who wants to supervise from behind a desk. We're looking for visible maintenance leaders who understand their equipment, know how to get the best from their crews and can drive safe, reliable fleet performance.
