Rostrevor Group in South Australia is seeking a Supervisor - Mobile Crushing to oversee a team of operators and ensure safe, efficient operations at a remote site. This full-time role requires hands-on leadership, strong safety culture, and the ability to coordinate daily activities across the crew.

You will mentor junior staff, maintain documentation, and liaise with project managers to meet deliverables. Australian work rights are required, with interstate travel as needed.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in leading hand or supervisor role in mobile crushing
• Strong knowledge of mobile crushing equipment and operations
• Proven ability to lead and manage teams of operators
• Minimum experience supervising teams of 10+ people
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Commitment to high safety standards
• Australian work rights required for this position

Responsibilities

• Supervise a team of mobile crusher operators and coordinate their daily activities
• Ensure mobile crushing equipment is operated safely and efficiently
• Maintain records and documentation for mobile crushing operations
• Identify and resolve issues that arise during operations
• Liaise with project managers and stakeholders to ensure deliverables are met
• Provide on-the-job training and mentoring to less experienced team members
