Job summary

Dws is seeking a Senior Mobile Engineer / Lead to own and enhance mobile apps built with React Native across iOS and Android.

You will design, implement, and optimize features, collaborate closely with product, UX, QA, and backend teams, and guide the codebase toward robust, scalable mobile solutions.

The ideal candidate has strong React Native expertise, TypeScript proficiency, and experience leading technical discussions in a SaaS environment, with the ability to ship high‑quality releases.

Job Description

Join this rapidly growing SaaS company seeking a strong Senior Mobile Engineer / Lead who has vast experience across React Native.

This is your chance to join their super smart and tech savvy product engineering team and take authority of this firm's mobile application ecosystem as a Senior / Lead Engineer.

You will have a key role in the organisation, involved in the development and enhancement of their mobile applications, working across the full development lifecycle from feature design and implementation to testing, release and improvement.

• Develop new features and maintain three React Native mobile apps across iOS and Android
• Write clean, reusable, and scalable TypeScript code using best practices
• Implement and refine UI components
• Integrate with APIs and other internal backend services
• Ensure app performance, reliability, security, and responsiveness
• Implement unit tests and evolve the apps to be more testable for automated integration and end-to-end tests
• Collaborate with QA engineers to ensure high-quality releases
• Participate in code reviews to ensure maintainability and adherence to standards
• Work closely with product management, UX and backend engineers, and QA
• Contribute to planning, technical scoping, and architectural discussions
• Assist in identifying process improvements, tooling upgrades, and automation opportunities
• Build, test, and deploy mobile app updates using CI/CD pipelines
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues, crashes, and performance bottlenecks
• Monitor analytics, logging, and user feedback to guide improvements

• Any understanding of compliance guidelines with Google & or Apple or knowledge of how to ship applications would be fab!
• Some exposure to C# and .net is a major plus!
