Job summary

DWS is seeking an experienced Mobile App Developer to join a high-profile digital delivery initiative within a large, complex enterprise environment in Sydney. This contract role focuses on designing, building and enhancing secure, high-performing mobile apps for iOS and Android using React Native.

You will work in a collaborative Agile delivery team across Parramatta and Macquarie Park, with hybrid working (3+ days onsite) and an 8‑month term ending 2026. Immediate start available.

Qualifications

• Hands-on mobile app development for iOS and Android using React Native.
• Experience with cross‑platform frameworks including Expo is a plus.
• Strong REST API integration and OpenAPI/swagger experience.
• Security, authentication and scalable API integration know‑how.
• Agile delivery experience and collaboration with UI/UX designers.

Responsibilities

• Design, build and enhance mobile apps for iOS/Android using React Native.
• Integrate apps with backend services via REST APIs and Swagger/OpenAPI.
• Collaborate with UI/UX designers to deliver accessible interfaces.
• Contribute to solution design, technical docs and performance improvements.
