Ernest Henry Operations has a mine life to 2040 with expanded ore reserves, and the Cowal operation is now underground, representing continued growth. This Senior Mining Engineer (Scheduling) role sits in Mine Technical Services at Ernest Henry, based in Cloncurry.

Qualifications

• Underground mining scheduling experience required.
• Minimum 5 years in underground metals mining in scheduling.
• Strong stakeholder relationships and communication.
• Deswik experience is essential; familiarity with Deswik IS/CAD is beneficial.

Responsibilities

• Own and maintain the 3 Year Budget Schedule aligned to life-of-asset planning.
• Develop annual budgets and rolling forecasts with site stakeholders.
• Identify and manage schedule risks with mitigation plans.
• Collaborate with Operations and Technical Services to support execution.
• Lead and develop a team of Mining Engineers.
