Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Mining Engineering.
• 10+ years of mining engineering experience.
• Experience in underground and/or open pit mining; underground experience is highly regarded.
• Advanced mine design and scheduling software skills.
• Excellent communication, report writing and stakeholder engagement.

Responsibilities

• Lead and deliver mining engineering projects across study phases (concept to feasibility).
• Develop mine designs, schedules, equipment selections, and cost estimates.
• Oversee all project delivery aspects: proposals, scope, quality, and reviews.
• Provide technical input into due diligence reviews and M&A support.
• Support business development and identify growth opportunities.
