You will work with a multidisciplinary team to shape projects from concept to delivery, upholding safety standards and contributing to production targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years experience in underground coal mining environment.
• Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering.
• Experience with mine planning software or willingness to train.
• Strong work ethic and reliable attendance.
• Commitment to site safety, production targets and operational standards.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Sound computer literacy and technical skills.

Reporting to the Technical Services Superintendent, you'll deliver practical engineering solutions across mining and geotechnical projects, from underground mining and earthworks to roads, dams and gas drainage.

Working with engineers, draftspersons and operational teams, you'll help shape projects from concept to delivery. If you enjoy solving complex challenges and making a real impact, this is your opportunity to make your mark.

ABOUT YOU

5+ years experience in an underground coal mining environment

Tertiary qualification in Mining Engineering

Experience with mine planning software, or a willingness to undertake training

Sound computer literacy and technical skills
