Job summary

Wales Consultants is recruiting a Registered Migration Agent or Senior Migration Assistant to support our team of Migration Agents in Australia. The role focuses on preparing visa applications, compiling supporting documents, and timely lodgement.

The successful candidate will have 3–4 years of migration industry experience, strong knowledge of Australian immigration law, and excellent client service skills. The position emphasizes meticulous attention to detail and teamwork.

Qualifications

Minimum of 3–4 years’ experience in the Australian migration industry.
Proven experience managing a wide range of visa subclasses.
Strong knowledge of Australian immigration law and compliance requirements.
Excellent communication and client service skills.
High attention to detail with a meticulous and organised approach.
Ability to work independently as well as collaboratively in a team environment.

Responsibilities

Preparation of visa applications, including the collection of supporting documentation and preparing visa applications.
Must be experienced in Employer Sponsored Visas: Subclass 482, 494, 186; General Skilled Migration; Skills Assessments.
Assisting in research as directed by the Migration Agents.
Ensuring everything is actioned to deadline so visas are lodged on time.
Communicating with a variety of clients.
