Job summary

North Metropolitan Health Service is recruiting a Clinical Midwife Manager for the Maternity Ward in WA. The role offers permanent full-time employment, 76 hours per fortnight (Mon–Fri).

You will lead the midwifery team, uphold safety and quality standards, and deliver high-quality, woman-centered care at the Women and Newborn Health Service. Applicants must hold SRM registration and maintain CTG FSEP competency.

Qualifications

• Must be a Senior Registered Midwife per NMBA Registration Standards.
• Provide advanced clinical leadership and expert midwifery care.
• Maintain competency in fetal surveillance and acute midwifery skills.

Responsibilities

• Practises as a Senior Registered Midwife in keeping with registration standards.
• Develop and maintain standards of practice for safety and quality.
• Provide advanced clinical leadership to support woman-centred care.
• Maintain CTG FSEP competency and related procedures.
