Qualifications
- 10+ years' experience in technology consulting or enterprise migration programs.
- Strong Microsoft 365 experience including Exchange Online, SharePoint Online, OneDrive and Teams.
- Proven ability to manage stakeholders, vendors, risks and governance.
Responsibilities
- Lead technical assessments, migration strategy, and design across the migration program.
- Coordinate migration waves, cutover planning, readiness, validation and hypercare.
- Manage technical dependencies, risks, and remediation actions.
- Facilitate workshops with business owners, architects, security, operations and delivery teams.
- Provide executive reporting and design approvals.
- Drive sign-off on Shared Drive scope, data quality and migration outcomes.
